1. Strict Inspection on incoming materials
1.1. Every batch of incoming materials must be made randomized RoHS test
1.2 Every batch of incoming plastic parts must be made reliablity test as follows:

2. In-process Inspection
2.1 100% electricial performance test, based on hourly statistics
Target: Defective rate <= 0.25%
2.2 To make reliability test (bending, spin, tension )on every batch of work order based on every four hours
2.3 At least montly reliability test for antenna of the same structure type for bending, spin, tension, high temperature, low temperature, salt spray, rolling
2.4 Weekly quality assurance meeting to check the status according to the SPC statistics

3) Customer complaint
